News teams from Sky, BBC, Channel 4 and ITV came together to try and topple Channel 5 from the top spot as Ultimate News Quiz Champions.

Every year the Ultimate News Quiz brings together journalists from across the country to find the very best news team and raise vital funds for Action for Children and Restless Development.

The event was attended by TV stars including Grayson Perry, Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Adam Boulton, and raised over £120,000. The star of the night was, undoubtedly, Alastair Stewart joining Ed Balls for a rendition of Gangnam Style and the opportunity to join Ed raising £5,000!

Despite a strong lead throughout the evening, Sky News couldn't beat the ITV News team.

So what did the leaderboard look like at the end of the night?

  1. ITV News
  2. BBC Newsnight
  3. Sky News
  4. BBC News
  5. CNN
